Privacy Policy

1. Overview

FishBroker is a wallet-based application: most of what the Site does happens directly between your browser and the blockchain, your wallet extension, and a small number of third-party services. This policy describes, accurately and specifically, what the Site actually collects and calls today.

2. Data We Collect

When you connect a wallet, the Site reads your public wallet address, native ( ETH) balance, and CASHCAT token balance directly from the Robinhood Mainnet blockchain — all public, on-chain information. The Site does not ask for or collect your name, email address, physical address, or any other personally identifying information, and never has access to your private keys or seed phrase.

3. How We Use It

Your wallet address and on-chain balances are used only to run the Site's core function: showing your balances, quoting swaps, and letting you submit transactions you explicitly approve in your own wallet. Nothing is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

4. Blockchain Transparency

Robinhood Mainnet, like all public blockchains, is a public ledger. Any transaction you submit — connecting a wallet does not itself create one — is permanently and publicly visible on the chain and on public block explorers, independent of anything FishBroker does.

5. Local Storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember which wallet you last connected, so it can offer to reconnect automatically on your next visit. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to FishBroker's servers (the Site has no backend database of users).

6. Third-Party Services

The Site currently calls or loads the following third-party services:

• Your wallet extension (e.g. MetaMask) — to request connection, balances, and transaction signatures;
• Robinhood Mainnet RPC endpoints and Uniswap V3 — to read balances and quote or execute swaps on-chain;
• Google Fonts — the Site's typefaces are loaded from Google's font CDN, which receives your IP address as part of any font request, per Google's own policies;
• Vercel — the Site's hosting provider, which may log standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp) as part of normal web hosting.

The Site does not currently integrate any advertising network or third-party analytics script. If that changes, this section will be updated first.

7. Data Security

Because the Site does not operate a user account database, there is no central store of personal data to secure beyond what's described above. Standard transport security (HTTPS) is used for all requests the Site makes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

9. Your Rights

Since the Site does not hold personal data on its own servers, most data-subject requests (access, deletion) are effectively self-served by disconnecting your wallet or clearing your browser's local storage. On-chain data itself cannot be deleted by FishBroker or anyone else — that is an inherent property of public blockchains.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy will be updated as the Site's functionality changes (for example, once the NFT contract and mint flow go live). Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
