Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FishBroker website (the "Site"), including connecting a wallet, purchasing CASHCAT through the Site, or minting a FishBroker NFT once minting is live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

FishBroker is a 1,999-piece pixel-art NFT collection on Robinhood Mainnet. The Site lets a connected wallet acquire CASHCAT directly through an integrated Uniswap V3 swap, in preparation for minting once the FishBroker NFT contract is deployed. The Site does not custody funds at any point — all transactions are signed and broadcast directly from your own wallet.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and digital-asset transactions must not be prohibited where you reside. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the Site and acquisition of CASHCAT or a FishBroker NFT is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Wallets & Blockchain Transactions

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. FishBroker never asks for and never has access to your private keys. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed; network ("gas") fees are set by the network, not by FishBroker, and are non-refundable regardless of transaction outcome.

5. Purchases & Minting

All CASHCAT purchases made through the Site are executed on-chain via Uniswap V3 and are final — there are no refunds for completed swaps or, once available, completed mints. CASHCAT is an independent, third-party token; its price is volatile and set entirely by the open market, not by FishBroker. The quoted price on the Site is a live on-chain quote at the moment of purchase and can change before your transaction confirms (see Section 11).

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, ownership of a minted FishBroker NFT grants the holder a personal-use license to display and use the associated artwork. FishBroker retains all underlying intellectual property rights in the collection, brand, and site content. Minting does not transfer trademark, brand, or commercial-licensing rights unless separately granted in writing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Site or its smart contracts;
• Use the Site for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with FishBroker;
• Attempt to manipulate mint mechanics, pricing, or the Site's availability.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party infrastructure it does not control, including your wallet provider, Uniswap V3 (swap execution at 0xcaf681a66d020601342297493863e78c959e5cb2), blockchain RPC providers, and block explorers. FishBroker is not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of these third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and any NFTs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FishBroker does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site, smart contracts, or any connected third-party service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FishBroker and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, or NFTs, arising from your use of the Site, wallet compromise, smart-contract risk, or third-party service failure.

11. Risk Acknowledgment

By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that:

• CASHCAT is a community memecoin with no guaranteed value and high price volatility;
• Smart contracts, including Uniswap's and any future FishBroker contract, may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite reasonable care;
• Regulatory treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change;
• Digital-asset transactions are irreversible and mistaken transactions cannot be undone.

12. Changes to These Terms

FishBroker may update these Terms as the project develops (e.g. once the NFT contract is deployed). Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Governing jurisdiction has not yet been finalized and will be confirmed here before public launch, pending legal review.
